Endeavour Inlet
Wild-foraged botanicals from Endeavour Inlet are steeped three times to create a clean, nuanced dry gin. Rimu, rata flower, citrus, fennel blossom and wakame capture the deep forested valleys of the Queen Charlotte Sound.

Central Otago
To make a nuanced, Central Otago gin, we wild-foraged thyme, matagouri blossoms and briar rose, steeping them three times. Pinot noir grapes from Bannockburn, macerated in pure spirit and aged for a year, plus the flintiness of schist rock capture the complex heart of this alpine land.

Fox River Gin - SOLD OUT
Fox River’s botanicals are wild foraged and locally sourced, then steeped three times to create a clean, nuanced dry gin. Layers of rata and purple thistle flower, nasturtiums and wild fennel, seaweed and beach pebble are aged in French oak to capture the untamed West Coast spirit.

North Canterbury
North Canterbury’s wild foraged and locally sourced botanicals are steeped three times to capture the fragrance of the open plains within a clean, nuanced dry gin. Bright clear flavours of orange blossom, makrut, bay leaf, lavender, rose and olive are anchored with earthy seaweed sweetness from the cliffs of Taylor’s Mistake.

Hahei
Hahei’s botanicals are wild foraged and locally sourced, then steeped three times to create a clean, nuanced dry gin. Manuka leaf from Stingray Bay and Cathedral Cove seaweed meet kawakawa spice, aromatic kumquat and hibiscus to create the fragrant layers and pinkish hue of one of the most spectacular beaches on earth.

Little River Gin
Little River’s botanicals are wild foraged and locally sourced, then steeped three times to create a clean, nuanced dry gin. Pea-flower blue in the bottle, when combined with tonic this gin becomes the lavender blush of early mornings at Birdling’s Flat. Herbaceous and charismatic with chamomile, lemon thyme, rosemary and kanuka.

Tōtaranui
Wild-foraged botanicals from Tōtaranui, in the the Abel Tasman Park, were steeped three times to create this clean, nuanced, dry gin. Summer lilac nectar imparts subtle notes of white honey, contrasted against the savoury umami of karengo. Combined with grapefruit, yarrow, rimu and tarata, this limited-edition gin speaks of lush native forest, salt water and sunshine.

Manawa - Elements - note this is 45%

Together with the Elements team, we selected and foraged the botanicals for this collaborative gin at Manawa, a beautiful whenua nestled into the Southern Alps by the Waikerikeri awa on the Canterbury Plains. The floral aroma of kohuhu is balanced by the refreshing notes of douglas fir and a touch of spice from cubeb. Apple peel and calamint add fruity and herbaceous elements, with lemon providing a zesty finish alongside classic juniper.

Juniper Collective

The wild-growing botanical ingredients in this gin were hand foraged from stunning Arthur's Pass with our friends at Juniper Collective, then distilled using pure Cave Stream water. Red beech, horopito, pink peppercorns, celery pine, snow tōtara, manuka and Cave Stream limestone fossils combine to create a very special gin that is reminiscent of a mountain beech forest – sweet and earthy with a hint of honey.
