2021 will mark out inaugural camping trip to the legendary DOC grounds at Tōtaranui. We were immediately impressed by the botanicals grown in the region. An abundance of summer lilac was the initial inspiration along with the incredible time spent with family and friends. This is a very special gin indeed.
